Mitsubishi Magna

A Mitsubishi Magna uses a 4 track key that is milled on four sides.  The keys have to be cut accurately on a specially designed key cutting machine.  The key cutting machine used for these keys also cuts many other milled keys such as new Ford Falcon, Holden Commodore and many Toyota-Lexus keys.

The keys for a Mitsubishi Magna also have a transponder chip. The transponder chip cant be seen as it is embedded into the black plastic head of the key.  If you have lost all the keys to your car a new key has to be programmed in to the car via the OBD port.  Once the new key is programmed in transponder keys can either be cloned or reprogrammed in.
